Initial Consultation

Initial fitout consultation is the first step that we take when contacted by a client. This free of charge service involves a scheduled project meeting of a Huntoffice fitout advisor with the client at their location. During this office fitout consultation we will carry out a comprehensive functionality, health, safety and infrastructure audit of the quoted spaces.

We always look at all aspects of work space design such as flooring, lighting, communication, technology, furniture, equipment, space partition, staff facilities and any additional areas that are important to our clients.

The years of experience in office design and fitting have thought us that one of the reasons for creating great office interiors is by getting to know the preferences and include ideas of our clients. Initial consultation is the best moment for us to find out what type of solutions, designs and ergonomics will suit your company best.

During the project meeting we will present the client with possible options for the most efficient office furniture, equipment and refurbishment services that are available from our company. We are capable of providing the client with a provisional price on site but we recommend waiting for our next day price quotation that is going to include more precise calculations and the most current pricing for the materials and equipment included in the fitout project.
